It's a shame I can only rate Ellie up to 5 stars otherwise it'd easily be double that due to her willingness to go above and beyond in every conceivable way possible. My experience with buying, selling AND managing property through Johnson Real Estate and in particular Ellie, has been a pleasure. Ellie takes the time to get to know you and your individual circumstances to give you the best possible outcome and maintains a perfectly balanced level of communication so you don't feel suffocated or pushed which has been a refreshing experience. Ellie championed the purchase of my investment property and within days had a buyer locked in for another which goes to show her commitment and tenacity as an agent. Joshua was fantastic, he went through the process with clear and precise instructions, in a language that we could understand. We spent months of sifting through the available properties in Ipswich before we found the one that would fit our needs perfectly through Joshua. Lets just summarise our experience over that time as generally disappointing, which is why we appreciated Joshua Schweitzer's skills and professionalism with our eventual purchase. Joshua was able to navigate my wife Petrina and I through the highs and lows of this purchase. We went hard and strong on day one and received a call from him that evening that the vendor had chosen an offer that did not require vacant possession. That definitely knocked the wind out of our sails! Petrina was ready to give up. (That's the low...) Josh was genuinely sympathetic. I could hear it in his voice when he broke the news to me late on a Saturday night and he showed that a few days later when he called to ask if we were still interested. Yes we were! The incumbent tenant had previously been a sticking point for the vendor however Joshua put his mediation hat on and achieved a deal that the vendors and tenant were happy with. Thanks mate, Petrina and I are extremely grateful that you went that extra mile for us. Thanks to you, we now have a house that will become a home in a great little neighbourhood for my youngest son to finish his secondary schooling from.

Oustanding, Joshua was absolutely amazing. I have never sold a home before and he clearly explained all of the processes to me and supported me every step of the way through the sale of my home.
